The customer orders
online, then selects send from the webpage

An email is sent
from the server to an email box

A computer sitting at Immrama checks
the email, the email is then printed to the counter,
ready for the operator to start making the
order as per the instructions of the customer
From when the
customer presses send to when it is fully
printed is no more than 2 minutes.

Director and business owner Phill Grono has adapted
the eorder system to his cafe Immrama - Journey of the spirit.
The online ordering system enables his clients to
order their meals and beverages BEFORE they come and
pick them up!
It is simple - customers logon, select what they want to order,
enter their name, phone, email address, then press send.
The order is then printed within two
minutes to the counter where the coffee's are
made - easy!
